Personal Training is a great way to focus in on specific area's which you'd like to work on and improve. If you have any injuries or restrictions, Personal Training would be a great place to start exercising, as it is specific to your needs,and will help you reach your goals faster. Take the stress out of figuring out what you need to do in the gym by having someone take care of it all for you. Rest assured, knowing all Personal Training sessions are conducted by our fully qualified, experienced Personal Trainers.
We have different options available for personal training, so if you'd like to train with a friend, we do offer the option of having more than one person in a session too, as well as different durations from 30mins, 45mins or 1hour time slots subject to availability.
