HPZ the name says it all, the high performance zone! These classes are designed in-house by our qualified and experienced personal trainers. They are formatted differently every week varying from a combination of training techniques including interval, EMOM, AMRAP, Pyramid, HIIT, drop set strength conditioning, cardiovascular conditioning and resistance training methods, and range from 30 minutes to 45 minutes in duration. These classes are suitable for beginners, to elite athletes. Expect to learn to conquer more complex exercises like the monkey bars, handstands, rope climbing, rock climbing and much more! Perfect to get you in shape for your goals or perhaps a future event you might be training for! Whether it be entering an obstacle course race, a long distance run, or just getting in peak physical condition! These classes are highly addictive!
